HireLogic provides a completely free account that enables you to conduct up to 5 interviews a month. This free account gives you full access to HireLogic’s interview intelligence capabilities, supports unlimited users, never expires, and can be upgraded at any time.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your HireLogic account at any time, and it will take effect as of the next billing period. If you switch to a plan that adds or drops a feature, such as ATS integration, we will have a call with you to discuss your needs.

An “interview” is a conversation that includes at least two people, lasts at least 10 minutes, and has a transcript or notes or scores. A “user” is a person who can log in to HireLogic, view interview insights, use the companion app, or use other features of the HireLogic platform. A candidate is not a user, and an interviewer who does not have a login to HireLogic is not a user.

HireLogic does not record audio. HireLogic transcribes audio for the purposes of extracting insights and summaries. An upcoming option will allow for transcription-less insights.

HireLogic can automatically join any Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet call. HireLogic also provides a “companion app” that can listen to any interview on the phone, in-person, or other platform, using your device microphone. Customers use HireLogic for 1-on-1, panel, or hiring event interviews.

HireLogic accepts all major credit cards or you can pay via invoice and ACH/check.

HireLogic does not sell or share data with any third parties. All data is owned by you, and can be deleted at any time. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. HireLogic is developed using application security best practices and undergoes extensive third party security audits. HireLogic can provide customers with a data processing agreement (DPA) for GDPR requirements. For more information, please see our privacy statement.
